Our story
Independent brewing on the Brighton seafront since 2011.
Mods & Hoppers began as a three-barrel railway arch brewery and now supplies more than 140 venues across the South East with Seagull IPA, Pebble Lager, Pier Pressure Pale, and Kemptown Krush.
Production, people, and places
Our head brewer, Callum Rook, leads recipe development for draught and packaged releases. The pilot kit turns out seasonal drops like Deckchair Sour, Arcade Mild, Rally Stout, and Volk's Electric Wit.
Trade accounts are handled by our Brighton office and our London distribution desk.
We currently describe the business as Mods & Hoppers Brighton Brewery, Mods and Hoppers Brewing Company Limited, and South Coast Malt Holdings Ltd across different trade documents.
